Clayton Zaluski has almost 15 years of experience in the insurance and actuarial consulting industry. He has been involved with IFRS 17 implementation projects for over 5 years and has helped life insurers, P&C insurers and insurance related entities across Canada implement IFRS 17. He has served as the Appointed Actuary for smaller insurance organizations for almost a decade. He has also been teaching actuaries online for over a decade and has also taught at the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business.
Stephen Swenarchuk

Consulting Actuary
Stephen Swenarchuk has almost 10 years of experience working as a consulting actuary and prior to that in large insurance organizations. He currently works as an Appointed Actuary for smaller insurance organizations in Canada. He also serves as Appointed Actuary for one of the largest self-insured plans in Canada. He has detailed knowledge of IFRS 17 applied to both Individual Insurance and Group Insurance in Canada.
